Pale silvery straw gold color. Aromas of piña colada yogurt, olive and herb crusted cheese rind. Soft, and supple with a dryish medium body. Mild roasted vegetable, pimento, cedar dust, pickling spices, and mineral finish. A nice, dry sophisticated reposado.
