"A tight, young and vibrant red, with a pure, focused core of dried berry, currant and dill, expanding and gliding through the finish, where touches of dried herb and cedar reverberate. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2023."
" Favia’s second wine is called Leviathan, and the 2010 is an attractive, soft, round, fruity red that does not have the concentration or profound perfume of its bigger siblings, but it is a lovely, seductive, fleshy wine offering lots of red and black currants, spring flowers and spice box. It is an interesting blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc that should drink well for 10-15 years."

"The 2010 Leviathan is drop-dead gorgeous. Smoke, plums, mocha, graphite, savory herbs and tobacco all explode from the glass. Layered, rich and expressive, the 2010 impresses for its purity and depth."
