After that, when you’re tasting the wine, you think…crisp, red berries, blood orange, lemon peel, concentrated flavors, perfect balance, effervescent, elegant, and can I have another glass. For me, this wine is great with fruit or Hog Island oysters. Or a perfect way to start an evening out with friends.
