Product Description

"53% Napa County; 21% Sonoma County; 20% Mendocino County; 6% Marin County. A bit of a burnt papery edge joins the toasty, yeasty, champenized first impressions in this wine's aromas with lemony, creamy, vaguely biscuitty notes welling up underneath. Frothy in its bubbles and a touch direct and lacking in refinement for Blanc de Blancs, the wine is nonetheless full of character and ends with the firming acids needed to accompany a platter of fresh-shucked oysters."
