Winemaker's Notes

This wine displays a deep, dark garnet color. The aroma fills your nose with raspberry and boysenberry compote, followed by shades of vanilla and brown sugar. Lush raspberry fruit and jammy boysenberry flavors will coat your tongue in the mouth. The finish is soft, not tannic and alcoholic like many Zins these days, with lingering berry-like flavors, toasted oak nuances and herbs de Provence spice. Enjoy this wine with an array of Italian foods, classic American barbecue and/or hamburgers.
