WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Intense ruby red color, complex on the nose, with aromas of ripe plums, red cherries, capsicum, leather, raisins, candied fruit and mint. Full on the palate, a high concentration of ripe tannins makes it compact and rich. Chocolate, vanilla, coffee and red fruit surface in the mouth. Long and pleasant finish. this wine is excellent with all types of red meat with rich sauces, specially shank, sirloin, lamb chops, and Italian food
