Bouquet: Pleasant and persistent, fruity.

Taste: Dry but fruity at the same time soft, fresh and lively, pleasantly harmonious.

Sugar: 9 g/l. Total acidity: 7,5 g/l. Volatile acidity: 0,30 gr/l. Ageing: to be consumed while young, within 1 or 2 years. Serving temperature: 14 -15 °C Notes: Particularly suitable to accompany dishes typical of the cuisine of the area.
